Commissioning:

After installation of the panels the following commissioning tests can be performed:

Complete functional check of internal panel wiring.
5kV / 2.5 KV, / 1 KV Insulation Resistance test on the panel busbar system
High Voltage AC pressure test on the busbar system of the panels (breakers and disconnectors open).
High Voltage AC pressure test on the busbar system of the panels (breakers and disconnectors closed).
Determination of the current transformers Magnetisation Curves.
Primary Injection of the current transformers (up to 600A).
Primary Injection of the voltage transformers.
Secondary Injection of the protection relays.
No Load & Full Load testing & Commissioning of transformer
